What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
We use a premium, eco-friendly soy wax blend that is non-toxic, biodegradable, and designed to provide a cleaner, longer-lasting burn than traditional paraffin.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement to you immediately at no extra cost.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To prevent tunneling, ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar. This usually takes 2-3 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our fragrance reach to more international destinations in the near future.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
Our candles are made with phthalate-free fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks. However, we always recommend burning candles in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets.
